It is durable and can deliver the same performance that cotton would give except that polyesters thought to be more durable and less breathable than pure cotton fabric. It is wrinkle free and lightweight and can preserve its form and shape even after vigorous washings.
Silk
Silk is the ultimate luxury aside from the cotton terry and its gentle fluid like movement and the smooth texture of the silk makes it a real delight to wear one of these silk robes. Silk can be rather expensive and requires proper care to ensure it keeps it look and feel. Normally you cannot clean the silk robes with the normal washing machine. Instead, they have to be dry clean. But is lightweight and would make a great companion when you travel.
